I come here on my way to work every morning to get my coffee. First of all, I know you guys work over night but please let your... attitude be at least NORMAL ! Terrible attitude towards customer. Never even got good because the dining room was closed at 7pm. They offered no explanation other than "we're short staffed". At... least they let my 3 year old in to use the washroom, but wouldn't even let us get take out. Read more

The employees need to improve their customer service skills. I ordered a coffee and muffin. They forgot to give me the muffin. I... asked one of the employee for a muffin. He did not let me finish my sentence and went away to talk to his colleague aboutanother order. He did not even come back and kept me waiting. I had to call him again for a muffin.
