As much as I want to give a good review I can't. Staff don't wear gloves when touching meat. I've seen the kid making burgers... with bare hands and touching thr fridge and other stuff without gloves or washing. Cross contamination Read more

I personally really appreciate customer service that goes above and beyond. It's the small things. I also know that its not easy... to really take care of customers. It takes work and one has to be intentional about it. This establishment is an example ofexceptional customer service. I visited this Burgers and Shakes location on a weekend as a place work over the lunch hour. Itwas busy, yet the owner took the time to ask me if I would like the wifi password for my laptop and devices. He also came overan closed the blinds for customers when the sun became intense. What I also appreciated, was the fact that all the staff werefriendly and also did well to treat customers well and thank customers on their way out.
