I love the location as it?s at Lansdowne Ottawa which is downtown. Even though the size of the restaurant is average, the... interior decorations are very aesthetic and good in the eyes. My friend ordered Sizzling Teriyaki Steak with rice and theserving was huge! It was good too. I ordered the Ginger Chicken with rice and vegetables and I loved it! Enjoy the video. Read more
Worst restaurant experience ever. First time in my life I had to stand up and ask the waitress to come take my order after 15... min waiting. We then waited for 45 min to get tasteless food : rice noodles that are cooked in 3 min, raw salad and fried tofu.Not good at all. Read more
I was truly looking forward to having dinner here, as the reviews seemed positive for the most part. And given the struggles the... industry has had from covid, I really wanted to support local businesses. However, this was the worst restaurant experience I?vehad in town for the following reasons: - Dirty glasses, dishes and cutlery. The first time my drink came, there were lipstickmarks on the glass. Not only was it dirty, but they clearly didn?t care or pay attention to the fact that the glass wasn?tclean. - The restaurant was unusually cold. I understand that some places are a bit cooler so you eat and drink more, but somepeople were wearing their winter coats inside as they ate. It wasn?t just a little uncomfortable, it was properly cold. - Thefood. This was the worst part. I ordered a vegetarian Pad Thai, and for $20, all I got was rice noodles, deep fried tofu and asprinkling of bean sprouts. No veggies, peanuts or sauce. Aside from the hot sauce I asked for later, there was absolutely noflavour, and my stomach is unwell. My friend ordered a dish that was supposed to be served with rice and had to ask them wherethe rice was. We noticed other people had to ask for their rice too. - The service was very slow as they didn?t have enoughstaff. I could deal with that, but what was unfortunate was the way one of the waiters responded when I tried to communicate ourissues to him. I won?t write something online that I won?t say to your face, so I tried to tell him about the service. He didn?tseem to care at all. I?ll never eat there again. If you want a good meal in town, there are plenty of other amazing restaurantsthat you?ll be delighted to have discovered and supported. I?m only writing this review to save others their time, money, and anunpleasant stomach. I wish I knew before recommending it to a friend and going there tonight. Read more
Worst Asian restaurant in Ottawa and rude service. I normally only post positive reviews but this place left such a bad taste... that I had to say something. Tempura shrimp is really deep fried breaded shrimp that is more oil and bread than shrimp. Chickenpad thai has such a fishy smell! Teriyaki steak- so over well done and chewy with zero seasoning- inedible. Crispy noodlechicken also no flavour and mostly corn starch sauce. We tried to be polite to the manager and explain some of the issues and heArgued with us that we are wrong. We paid $150 for full plates of food wasted and left hungry. Disappointing. Read more
