One of the least organized McDonald?s in all of ottawa, has had a pothole in the drive through for God knows how long.... Constantly 20-30 minute wait for food. Mobile orders are never properly fulfilled. The amount of times an item has been missingfrom the mobile orders is actually ridiculous. Its absolutely beyond me how this company is in the business of preparing fast food. I recently switched locations as the one at... Carling and Richmond proved to be incompetent. As a restaurant you literally need to read the order, cook the food, pack it,quality check food order.. Today I'm missing a muffin. Not a huge ticket item, but one I still paid for. I'm going to nowboycott all McDonald's. Its become a habit of theirs to get an order wrong. Literally 4 out of 10 orders. Read more
Was told there was no way to have a medium iced coffee with a combo, which is complete nonsense. They subsequently made the iced... coffee incorrectly, forgot a drink, and nearly forgot a fry. Absolutely won't be visiting this location again. Read more
Came in and asked for half a cup of ice cream for our dog on a very hot day. The gentleman behind the counter asked me why half... a cup and I told him it was a treat for our dog but I was happy to pay for the full cup. He put a bit in the cup and said allgood. More businesses need staff like this, from now on will be my go to McDonald's! Read more
