This location has the most efficient team of employees that I've ever seen. Food and coffee orders are prepared extremely fast.... The drive thru is always lined up onto the road because of the high demand here, but the wait is not long because the team is sogreat. Due to the small size of the store, they sometimes run out of popular products. Recently, the fridge has been broken, sotheir menu is limited. Did not have the muffin I ordered through the app and discount was not applied, so I asked for a refund. Manager said she could... not do a refund and I would have to contact customer service or she could offer me any other muffin. I said I just wanted arefund which she was now suddenly able to just do.
