I ordered a rice bowl today and left very disappointed with the size. It was half empty. I have been to other subways and order... the same and they where completely filled. The service was good, they are probably just following instructions on the portions.I am adding a picture of it. Read more
Store was busy, food was delicious. I hadn't been to a subway in years, so I was thrown off by the new sandwiches. Had to search... for the ones that used to be featured, but they have more sauces and a few new options. They have cut back on the sub breadoptions. But since Italian herb and cheese (my favorite) is still there, no problem. I had a 6 inch turkey with bacon on Italianherb and cheese: lettuce, tomatoes, real cheddar, smashed avocado (extra $), garlic aioli, a few olives and a few pickles. Inormally go for mustard, mayo only, but I wanted to try something new. It was really good. I couldn't really taste the avocado, but I didn't mind. Visited for a quick dinner whoe at work and was disappointed with the service we recieved. Only a few people in the store and... everyone seemed flustered, nervous, and very conservative with toppings. Ordered a rice bowl and was given almost no lettuce ina vegetarian bowl at that, which is the base ingredient. I had to ask for more lettuce, twice. I've had bowls from here beforeso I know how they're typically made. There was a man sitting in the back (who I assume was management or the owner) watchingeveryone rather sternly. If this is the case please take my advice: If your employees are nervous or afraid of you, yourbusiness is going to suffer. Be good to your employees and they will be good to your customers. August 28th at 840pm, my boyfriend and I went to this subway and we were shocked by the workers attitude. She was so rude. We... weren't in there for even 2 minutes and she came out, snapped at us and said " can you hurry up. I'm bout to close. What do youwant" she was throwing the bread down, rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing at us And rushing us as fast as she could. Herattitude was unbelievable. You close at 9. Do not freak out on me for coming in 20 MINUTES before you close. She already hadeverything out away. She was slamming the utensils down. She rolled her eyes at us the entire time. I've never come acrosssomeone so rude. I worked for Subway for 4 years and I would never treat a customer like that no matter what time it is. So aswe were walking out, 2 more people walked in. And she lost it. She gave them even worse of an attitude and was rushing them. HERNAME IS CHHAYA. I'm trying to reach a manager and writing head office. I've never made a complaint ever bout a worker becauseI've worked customer service my entire life and I know it can get stressful but how she treated us and her behaviour was justdisgusting.
