I?ve generally been fan of A&W; their onion rings are a fast food staple, and the beyond burger has become a pillar of... vegetarian food court dining. Unfortunately, this location has let me down twice. They serve their beyond burgers undercooked,with the texture of raw ground beef. The onion rings are also under cooked and doughy - almost raw, in fact - and underseasoned. Twice in a row I?ve had undercooked onion rings, and twice the staff have refused to do anything. I can?t even get arefund out of them. This is the closest location to where I live, but I won?t be returning. I might take a break from A&Waltogether, frankly.
