Do not good if you are vegan. We ordered the vegan cheese plate, our waiter forgot to put our order in and we had to remind him.... Once he came out with the cheese plate, it was not at all as described. The almonds were sugary not salted, there was no apricotand worst of all the cheese wasn't even vegan!! Our waiter only told us the cheese was NOT vegan after we asked him...because wewere skeptical after trying it. The other food was good. The atmosphere is nice too. The experience was ruined by the cheeseplate. I guess the place is fine if you aren't vegan/lactose intolerant. Read more

Update May 2019 - After some apparent changes in management I visited Jackson again and had a significantly improved experience.... I had the opportunity to try one of their thoughtfully crafted cocktails and a wider assortment of dishes. I certainlyexperienced a higher standard of service and product than before. The unique setting and atmosphere make this a charming optionfor after work small plates or a late night drink. I'm hoping they can continue to bring down the prices of some of their dishesin order to be more approachable. Will likely return within the next year or so. Feb 2019 - Came here for brunch a month agoand it was pretty good, they did well converting many dishes to vegan....came for the vegan night on Tuesday however and it waspretty disappointing. Service was sub-standard and food was overpriced and disappointing. $15 for an OK bowl of daal? You can dobetter. I'd have to see something pretty exciting or a really good deal to bring me back or recommend this place. Read more

I just love this place. The design is beautiful, the space is well lit with warm salt lamps and crystals. The music had a good... vibe. Perfect for the end of day glass of wine. The staff were friendly and helpful with menu and drink selections. I wouldhighly recommend this place. Read more
