I had the cauliflower soup to start with the pork loin and the lamb belly to follow. The soup was nicely done, tasty and... generally a good start. The pork loin was a little overcooked, I found it a little tough to cut through. The lamb wasbeautifully seared and crispy. Food came out quickly with friendly service. We were able to get seated at 6:10, twenty minutesearly in the second floor. The first floor has filled up by the time we left. A nice place to try as an experience. Read more

Modern small plates restaurant in the heart of byward market. Great for a fancy meal and great for big groups as well. Made a... reservation online for a work dinner and was easily accomodated for a large group. On the dinner menu, you choose 2 smallplates for $40. I got the toasted fennel gnocchi and steak with fries. All the dishes were plated beautifully and we were quitefull after too! Amazing restaurant, great ambiance, the staff was very friendly. The plates were absolutely amazing and flavorful. The soup was... creamy and perfectly balanced with the cheese. Ñoquis was a different than the traditional combination, exotic yet delicious.The salmon was amazing, perfectly cooked and crispy. The pork was juicy but a little unbalanced with the beet puree. 2 smallplates per person are enough unless you are super hungry. This is a great place to have a food and unique experience.
