Terrible experience from start to finish. Incompetent front of house, sandwiches are to the touch cold, BLT toasted, good... luck... Sandwich barley filled honestly tasted like garlic bread. Front of house doesnt get that Tim's has offers and is outto lunch on the offers... YIKES!!! firstly, the front house staff are working hard; however, where is the management? it looks like a free for all out on... the floor? we ordered a harvest wrap, as they were making it they recognized that they do not carry it anymore. It happens nobiggie. BUT we were told to just wait a moment for the refund? no one addressed us. we had to stand back in line to get it. thistook about 30 + min in total - that?s with it not being crazy busy.
