The Staff that work at this location are rude. They speak fast with an accent while wearing a mask . Then get offended when you... ask to repeat themselves. The burger wasn't up to A&W quality that ive had before. The burger was thrown together and messy (too much condiments dripping from all sides ) falling out of half wrapped packaging. Open sign was flashing and people were inside, I went in to order. After 5 full minutes I was spoken to and told its only for... Skip the Dishes and Uber. That is fine, but it would be very easy to put a sign in the door saying that... or not have the opensign flashing. I went to drivethrough. Ordered a buddy burger combo and a chicken buddy. Took 15 minutes with 2 carsahead. When I got home I had two chicken buddies covered in pickles. I asked for a burger with pickles and the chicken withtomatoes. I do not blame the staff. The two of them were working very hard and it was almost 1am. That needs to be clear;because the owner of the establishment is at fault not the employees. It did not seem like they had any avenue for support andI imagine they will still be blamed for this review. Read more
No sauce, no veggies. Just bun and chicken. Disgusting. Will never order from here. You guyz need to learn how to prepare... food for your customers. I also ordered egg and sausage muffin. No sausage in the muffin. Waste of money. Read more
