We ordered through the app, which was our first mistake. I ordered breakfast for my family (3 breakfast sandwiches on... croissants, a toasted bagel and some drinks and timbits) and arrived to be told that the restaurant was out of croissants anddidn't have Timbits. This frustrates me to no end that the app does not inform you of these things when you ordered. Had weknown, we would have gone to a different location. As it was, they made the sandwiches for us on English Muffins (which my kidsdon't like). They gave us 2 donuts (for the 4 of us) to compensate for the lack of Timbits, and gave us a small refund on aTimCard for the other changes. When we started eating, we discovered that my husband's bagel was _not_ toasted, as we hadordered, and my children's hot chocolates were watery. The one thing that was done to order was my London Fog. Overall a verydisappointing experience. Blame is shared equally by the app and the restaurant. Read more
It was my 15th wedding anniversary and I want to get my wife 15 Timmies gift cards at $15.00 each because she likes giving them... to the poor. Joshua helped me and patiently got all 15 cards done quickly and without any difficulty. He even got my breakfastorder straight. The whole experience was great. Read more

A great little place I recently discovered. Quite the variety of doughnuts and they make a very fine cup of coffee
