They ask staff members to fill out reviews and customer surveys to drown out the negative reviews being made. Mould has been... found IN THE FOOD. Day old product has been sold as fresh. Gloves are rarely worn as staff is limited to access of gloves andcleaning cloths.(they are locked in an office and not accessible after 4pm) they treat their employees like numbers which isprobably why you rarely see people stay. Walked in and ordered a coffee and toasted bagel. It was not busy but I had to wait about 10 minutes or more for my order. When... I finally got the bagel it was cold and there was enough butter on it for at least 5 bagels. It was disgusting. Will not beback!!! Read more
