Ordered 2 festive specials online for delivery, did not receive either of the $10 vouchers or chocolates it was supposed to come... with. After talking with customer service for 30 minutes the best they could do is $15 voucher. They put us through to thelocation we ordered from and they did not answer multiple attempts. Food was cold on arrival. Read more

I have been going to this place for years and always found the food good . I usually eat in but today I did take out and it was... awful. I ordered the festive special with dark meat. The leg skin was rubbery and the leg was pink. The fries were cold andawful, they had some taste to them that I can't describe and dunking them in the sauce didn't help.I couldn't eat them. Thedressing was mushy. I went there around 2 pm so I think I got someones left overs. A shame because I always enjoyed SwissChalet. Today has turned me off. I don't think I'll ever eat it again. I ate 2 of the chocolates, the 3rd one I opened ran outof the wrapper. Read more
