What used to be one of the best Tim Hortons due to its proximity to GM has slowly over the past several months reduced its... quality. Iced Cappucinos are served half-empty and watery, and requests to fill the cup to the top and to make it more with itsclassic milkshake thickness are met with attitude and derision, in addition to gaslighting (?that?s the way it?s always beenmade.?) I?ve been buying these for 18 years, they were always made with a thick milkshake consistency and were ALWAYS filled tothe line *on the lid.* Ask for it to be remade, and you are served with an even more watery, less filled beverage. If they could get an order right it would be a day to mark the calendar. Aside from rude staff. Zero care. Zero attention to... detail. I shouldn?t have to go through a slow drive through 3 times for my 2 very simple breakfast wraps to still be wrong. Notgrilling a wrap is a very simple task but something they can?t grasp. Avoid this location whatever you do (unless you have anextra 45 minuets to spare while they ?attempt? to get your order right) sad that the simcoe south location has a better reviewrating than this spot, absolutely horrible service Clearly the owners don?t care so don?t waste your money. Went in this morning for coffee and was greeted with a lovely smile from a lovely young lady who complimented me on my outfit. I... haven?t been to this location in a while for no specified reason but it was so nice to be greeted with her lovely smile. Made mymorning! My visit was approximately at 930. Newly nicely renovated!!. Indeed the staff is always busy here. But customer service is good so it?s worth waiting. I visited... this store in evening time. I loved it. Specially the girl on Soup and sandwich station with the tattoos provided excellentservice. She?s polite and made my bagel perfectly toasted as I like.
