I had the BEST experience at this subway today. I wish I got the ladies? names who were working there. They were beyond... friendly, and helpful. The sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. Worst experience I?ve had in a fast food chain and I didn?t even get any food. I walked in with my three year old daughter who... had to pee. We were the only customers in the store. The women?s room was locked. I said ?oh we have to wait.? The employeeheard this. She also heard me say for the next few minutes ?we have to wait honey? to my daughter who was complaining of havingto go. Eventually I asked if someone was in there. The staff member told me ?oh no, we got locked out and don?t have a key. Youcan use the men?s room.? She definitely could have let me know we were waiting for no reason. I took my daughter into the men?sroom as no one else was there and she really to go. There was urine ALL OVER the toilet seat. Too much that I couldn?t wipe iton my own. Very gross. I went out and asked the same staff member if she had any cleaning products for the toilet and she shookher head and didn?t even answer me. I walked right out.
