Go to another location. They don't understand English, I ordered a popcorn chicken poutine and they gave me a bowl of chicken... nuggets. I then return to the pizza pizza and tell them I ordered the popcorn chicken poutine and they forgot the poutineaspect. They remake my meal and you wouldn't of guessed it. I got another bowl of nuggets. It wasted 45 mins of my day waitingfor it, driving home coming back, waiting for it again, checking in store and showing them its wrong again and waiting again. Pretty big store, good variety of pizza slices and pop. Spotless inside, friendly staff and quick service.
I brought a free Pizza Slice coupon and they did not accept it because apparently 5 people already used the same coupon(score a... slice) even though the code is the same for everyone. Terrible customer service. In another location they accepted the coupon.The coupon says you can use in any store in the GTA and it says no limit on how many people can use the same coupon in thestore. They also got angry.
