I've had their Pizza several times. I am aware that it usually at least an hour for delivery. Ordered a pizza last Friday at... 4:45pm and was told it would be about an hour a little longer. Called to follow up at 7:25pm. The girl who took the initial callsaid she remembered the call and the order but neglected to actually put the order in. We were Pizza Nova fans since they opened on Warren ave but they have screwed too many pizzas up in the last year or two and... I've had enough of their employee's poor customer service attitude although the owners a great guy. Last night we tried a basiclarge pepperoni cheese with extra sauce and cheese and it was awesome plus ate the leftover for breaky via toaster oven andcouldnt tell it wasnt fresh. So my card did not work, embarrassing! But the employees didn't have me feeling embarrassed, they were so sweet and I have been... here before and I loved the pizza but don't really remember the interaction but the kindness of the employees alone woulddefinitely have me go back for a really good exotically flavored slice of ????! Wish pizzamunno was in my town. Isn't it great when the toppings you order are abundantly present and proportional to the pie?... 100% the case with this pizza. Beautifully balanced in every way.
