Incredibly disappointed by the attitude of a certain staff member, she heard my order wrong, fine no big deal. When I asked her... to correct it (politely btw ) she argued with me and then huffed and puffed her way to make the correct item, she then slammedit into the tray and broke the lid, which I didn?t find out until it was all over me and my car.. I go back in to show her thecup, she then calls someone else over cuz she can?t ?deal with my attitude? of course I?m going to be upset when you give meattitude and then are so mad about remaking something that you break a cup. It?s not that serious. And that certainly is no wayto treat a customer who is just trying to get what they paid for. Noting more. I did not deserve to be treated so poorly. And ofcourse I reacted to her nasty attitude and the manager then tells me to stop being rude like I caused the problem which isinfuriating. This front counter girl was rude from the start. I am not one to be rude to service workers as I used to be onemyself and I know what it?s like. But the blatant attitude and disrespect she showed was the worst I?ve seen. Read more
The fact that the owners and managers here take a salary is an insult. This is easily the worst-managed Tim Horton's I've ever... visited. How hard is it to budget out enough hours to keep this place fully staffed instead of having one poor, overwhelmed,underpaid girl managing the in-store all by herself? Disrespectful. Read more
