I read the comment from the Carly Horler person and entirely disagree. I was present at the bar when this situation unfolded.... The staff were professional honest, and quickly made an attempt to contact the manager on her day off to let her know what washappening. Horrible customer service and unwilling to refund me for completely messing up my order. I placed an online order and when I got... home I discovered that the food was cold, the sandwiches didn?t not look at all like the photos or match the description of thefood, and the toppings were wrong, despite being written on the order note stapled to my bag. I called and asked for a refundand the manager said they don?t do refunds. Don?t worry, they?re able to take your money and mess up 3 things on one order buthave no system to process a refund to make up for negligent errors. After telling the manager that I didn?t want any coupons forfree food, I wanted my money back, she said well there?s nothing I can do for you then and hangs up on me. Location will notanswer my calls now. Clearly she shouldn?t work in customer service or as a manager if any customer who expresses frustrationover multiple mistakes on one order deserves to be hung up on and ignored. Read more
Sunday afternoon, my husband was craving a buffalo poutine (which was amazing) only reason I?m giving an extra star. The server... was friendly but we were sat at a dirty table; every single one in the bar area had sticky spots. I counted 5 staff standing bythe bar/kitchen talking about their personal lives while we had no quality check, and went over 8min without a refill on ourdrinks. Perks of having cp24 on the tv we can actually time our wait.. I?d not have that on if the service is slow because ofchatting. Every table around us was complaining. I really enjoyed the plant based wings and the for the fact that they even got the right shape and it didn't look like I was... eating a chicken nugget. It was very nice. The service was excellent on my first visit. So much so that I convinced my friendsand family to visit this establishment for the service. Sadly they were not as impressed. Had to return to see for myself andunfortunately I had to agree. They got my drink wrong three times. The waiter seemed more annoyed than I did and that I did notenjoy his drink. Not once did he give me an apology for his mistake. The fries made up for it. They have the best fries! I alsofell in love with the Cajun honey hot cauliflower bites! That was fantastic! ** Update ** one waiter cannot ruin the bunch thatare absolutely amazing! I visited the same location once again yesterday and order the plant-based beyond meat tacos and friesand I have to say they were probably the best I had ever tasted!
