Not good as inside courthouse so to early to get in and map did not say that! Frustrating!
This store is inside the courthouse, therefore it has a captive clientele. They don't participate in Tim's Rewards, yet on Tim's... website they are listed under participating locations. Anyway, at that time they refused to take my loyalty card. Also, I askedfor a receipt, I needed both the cc and the itemized one. They gave me only the credit card receipt. When I realized, a fewminutes later while waiting, I went back to the cash register & they said they couldn't give me the itemized receipt because"when the next customer orders, my receipt is automatically wiped off" or something like that. If that's true, they shouldprovide a receipt even when the customer is not asking specifically for it, instead of telling you they can't produce itanymore. Coffee is always fresh.
They are often out of most muffins, bagels, donuts and pastries by lunch time which is very annoying. You'd think they'd have... more fresh stuff out considering they know how many people go through here on a normal day. Always fast and friendly service,though. Read more
