Ordered bbq chicken pizza with onions and extra, went to pick it up and only had bbq sauce and onions with hardly any cheese??... Was than rudely told I never ordered chicken or cheese. I placed an order for two medium pizza?s at this location on August 2, 2022 (store #10291 - 1383 Wilson Road in Oshawa). Long... story short, the store messed up my order and added toppings that I did not order on my pizza?s (onions & olives) I contactedthe store to resolve the issue and spoke with Meera who is extremely rude and belligerent. She said that she was the person whomade the pizzas and never makes mistakes! When I asked to speak with a manager, Meera advised that there was no manager onduty (Jasmeet is the Manager). When I asked for Meera to resolve the issue by resending my order because my kids will not eatthe pizza because of the toppings I didn?t order (onions & olives) she offered a $10 credit, and then a $25 credit - when myorder was close to $50 with delivery - I refused. After further discussion, Meera begrudgingly agreed to replace the order andasked that I return the other pizzas for her inspection upon delivery of the replacement order - I told her I was more thenhappy to do so. When the replacement order arrived, the delivery driver dropped the pizzas at the door, rang the doorbell andtook off without taking the other pizzas I had ready to return. I contacted the store and spoke with Meera again to let herknow that the driver did not pick up the first order as requested - she was rude and belligerent again and said that she didn?tcare. On a final note, the replacement pizzas were again incorrect - I was not surprised given Meera?s demeanour and attitudeduring our telephone discussions.
