There was a long line in the drive thru but when I finally got to the mic to order, Arjon (sp?) made my day! His voice was warm,... his energy was amazing, and he made me forget whatever problems I was thinking about, in that moment! When I pulled up to thewindow to pay, Kierra was just as pleasant, and had a smile on. It felt great being served here this morning. GIVE THEM BOTHRAISES OR PROMOTIONS, ASAP! Worst service ever. Didn?t even put in my order correctly. Forgot to give me my lemon loaf and chocolate croissant. And no... employee should ever call a customer love!!! I don?t know you, you don?t know me. How about be professional!!! Wish I wentthrough the drive through not walked in. I?ve never been to a Starbucks location with more devoted staff then this one here. I was in a terrible mood cause someone had... just rear ended my car earlier that morning and drove off without exchanging insurances. When I went into the store, l wasgreeted by a sweet little man named Jake. He already knew my order, before I even said anything and made it very quickly. Once Itold him about the accident I was in prior, he sprang into action, got into his car, and found the perpetrator based solely offthe description I gave him. He promptly brought them back to the store so that I could exchange insurances with them. Simplyextraordinary service. Special shout-out to Samanther for keeping me company when Jake was out.
