Usually fine with this location but last night was quite annoying, I checked the website before I went in and it said open 24... hours for both dine in and drive through, however they were closing the inside of the store(just after 9:30pm)and I was not ableto order what I originally wanted(12 donuts for family) and even messed up what I did end up ordering. Just got back from a very bad walk in experience. Had to give my order for 3 coffees three times before the person understood... me. I'm Canadian and my English is excellent. Got back to my office and was given a half a cup of coffee. What a rip off. Themost horrible and disappointing service I've ever experienced at Tim Horton's. Read more
Worst Tim hortons ever, got a passion fruit drink and the cup was broken. It was leaking over the girls hand and she didn't seem... to notice so I assumed it was from getting some over her hand. When I dropped my co worker home she pointed out it was leakingall over my cup holders and pants. I went back and didn't get an apology just a replacement cup.
