One of the best Subs I've had in quite some time. Mr.Sub over Subway all day everyday
Lady that was working when I went in was extremely ignorant and was throwing her knife around and slammed the knife down on the... couter when I asked her to re make my sub bc she put mushrooms on it when I'm allergic to mushrooms and when I told her I wanteda new sub she first tried to just take the mushrooms off even after I told her I was allergic to mushrooms contacted the managerof the store today and he was also extremely ignorant hung up on me and when I called back he refused to listen to my complaintand just kept telling me have a good day contact head office there is nothing I can do I have contacted head office as well ashealth canada and the better business break Read more
Great service, great sub. This is my families favourite lunch spot and we always get what we come for.
The lady who owns this Mr Sub as well as the one at Simcoe and Taunton has the best customer service. But the best part is the... sandwiches she creates. Always neat never sloppy. Never missing a step. She just knows what she?s doing. There is nothing worsethan someone who makes a sloppy sub they never taste great. But this location you will always be satisfied.
