While I like Harvey's as a convenient vegetarian option on the go, this particular location has relatively slow service. I... don't know if it's because it takes longer to prepare a vege burger ???? but I'm always waiting. Also just this past Wednesdaywhen I ordered the combo (vege burger, fries and drink), the server gave 2 measly packets of ketchup for a COMBO! I specificallymentioned ketchup and drove off after waiting so long and was shocked to discover this. You are paying well over $11, you canafford giving customers more than 2 packets of ketchup! I paid 80 cents for 4 onion rings on my burger, yet a pack of 6 in a container costs $4.00. Makes me feel cheated, and took away... from experience. Conversely, the service and cleanliness was great. Read more
After having a bit of a discrepancy, I was contacted by a manager and the matter was resolved amicably and promptly!!. Stopped by for a quick lunch using a coupon at this Harvey's location. The staff were quick and polite. They served my Angus... burger meal up and topped it the way I liked. I wasn't disappointed in the service at all. The food was typical of my usualHarvey's visits which means it was great. This is a fast food joint that does it right. The onion rings were tasty. I alwayslike how the customer gets to dispense their own soda pop from the pop fountain. That's a huge plus for me. I used a couponthat I had received in the mail. It was an Angus burger meal and after taxes costs me just shy of $10. In this day and agethat's a good deal for a lunch. Overall it was a very enjoyable meal from Harvey's. I would return again.
