Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The service painfully slow?over 30 min just to get our drinks.... There was only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant. We watched the waitress ( Friday October 14th) touch the ice cubes as sheput them into our drinks. I understand if your still learning BUT everything was very unprofessional. The lemon garnish on mydrink was rotten, even the way she carried our food to the table, my vegetables were touching her underarm. Extremelydisappointed. Read more
I am a regular customer of this location and is really sad that the quality of the wings has only deteriorated. My order was... messed up and the smokey bbq flavor was not there at all. I did go back to check about the same Ave was given the sauce in acontainer and was told that the vendor had been changed. Expected a better customer service and some standardization from wildwings! I ordered unbreaded wings because I am gluten intolerant. I drove all the way home only to find out that they gave me breaded... wings. I called the place and the lady tried to gaslight me into thinking that I ordered breaded. They made me drive all the wayback didn't apologize for the inconvenience and still tried to gaslight me. I?m sorry but don?t go here if your looking for a true wings experience. They don?t even have half the flavours endorsed by the... franchise. The mediocre flavours I was forced to choose from was poorly done and the wings were dry. One flavours I choseLemmon pepper tasted like absolutely nothing. I had to add my own Lemmon pepper seasoning at home. This is unacceptable and Ihighly suggest this location get it together. I?ve not tried the other menu items so can?t comment on that. Read more

I cannot believe the disrespect I was treated with today at this establishment. We drive 15-20 minutes almost every Tuesday to... eat here(5 person family). Service is good and the wings are usually on point. But today we found 3-4 hairs in our food, indifferent dishes. Management offered us a 10% discount off our bill and we were told to pay the bill or not come back. I gavethe server a $50 bill because she said she would have to pay the bill.
