Watching how they make a pita is sad. A bottle is out of sauce, just squeeze whatever drops you can get out of it? pita breaks... in half before it?s done, too bad? lettuce is wilted and soggy, that?s what ya get. I want to make it very well known to anyone who is thinking about eating at the Oromocto pita pit to greatly reconsider that... thought. We were the only customers in the drive thru and the employee was very rude and condescending while speaking with us.When asked if we wanted any veggies on the grill I turned to ask my fiancé what she would like and within two seconds he wasasking if we wanted them on white or whole wheat. I told him that we didn't even decide what we wanted on the grill he repliedwith " well you didn't answer." In a rude tone and continued to talk over me. I don't know who would even think that this is howyou even speak to a customer but it is clearly the very wrong way to speak to anyone in that manner. The disrespect is what mademe decide that this pita pit is a place that no one should ever visit. Management needs to do something about their employeesand how they are treating their customers because this is a very serious problem that will only end up in that store shuttingdown due to lack of customers. I?ve been disappointed in the past by employees at other Pita Pit locations and other similar food places carelessly throwing... together a wrap that?s falling apart before you?ve even started eating it, and ignoring simple instructions like ?just a*little* sauce?. It seems like such a small thing, but Satnam at the Oromocto Pita Pit made our experience really great just bypaying attention and putting a little care into his work. Our wraps were noticeably better than most, didn?t totally fall aparton us, and when I asked for just a little hot sauce, I didn?t end up with a soupy mess. Thank you Satnam! Read more
