Unfortunately I tried their signature burger only to find out its a frozen patty and it tasted like one. My partner had the... fish and chips... sadly it had freezer burn taste to it and it was just not enjoyable. Only thing that was okay was thefountain ginger ale and water, we will no longer be going to this restaurant as we prefer fresher ingredients Or not into"fresh frozen" products. Read more

Well, unlike most other comments, we found the food to be quite acceptable; however, the service was awful and non-existent. We... served ourselves to coffee (the pot was left on the ledge next to our table), and we had to flag down servers (other than ourown) to get pop refills. Even trying to get the bill was a challenge, and the server appeared to be bothered with our groupbecause we wanted to pay with a credit card. If collecting money from the customer is such an inconvenience for your staff,maybe we should simply leave without paying!!! This location used to be great - food and service, but it appears that theirhiring standard is lowered. As long as the applicant is alive and breathing, they are hired.
