Staff is too slow, they need staff that can handle the volume of customers that consistently fill drive thru and walk in lines.
Went in asking if they had any french vanilla cappuccino Keurig pods. The young cashier didn't know, so she went to ask someone.... I don't know her name, she was an older lady. If I could give this Tim Horton's -10 stars I would. This has to be the most incompetent incompetent and slow Tim hortons in all... of Orleans Orleans. I have done drive-through and In store dinning. Besides the fact that they are slow they have messed upour order a number of times and I just can't fathom why I have to stand 30 minutes in line to get it to then once I pay in waithave to remind the person 3 more times about that I'm waiting for a tee somebody needs to go in there and actually handle thisTim hortons and make it efficient otherwise just close it down. I am never coming back to this Tim hortons, we place an order a week ago it was all wrong, then called at the store their... assistant manager Shagan was super rude and wasn?t trying to help. After a bit of back and forth, she told me that I could comeback I would get the same stuff on the house. So I went back through drive through, the cashiers were very ignorant about theissue, kept repeating to come in to the store, but I was in rush. Super bad experience. Would never recommend this place or evercome back here. I would give it zero stars if I had the option. Read more
