Always consistent, good chicken, quick service and reasonable price. Edit for most recent visit, We were seated quickly but... then waited a long time for our server to take our order, then waited and waited for our food to be brought to us. When itarrived the fries were cold not even warm, the wings on both meals were charred black, the sauce came in takeout containers andone of the meals didn't have butter for the bun. Normally these concerns could be mentioned to the server after the first fewbites but he was missing in action. At no point during our meal did he return to ask how things were (they weren't good). Whenwe were clearly done our meal and were just waiting another server ended up removing our plates from the table. Eventually ouroriginal server returned with the bill. Not impressed with this visit at all. The things we like about Swiss Chalet is that theyhave decent food and you can get in and out fairly quickly.....we got neither this time! Read more
Shockingly bad for a chain that is usually fairly consistent. Ordered takeout from them a few years ago, received half my order... and then rude customer service when I asked them to send the rest of the food I had already paid for. Thought I'd give then asecond chance years later... same thing! Received part of my order and like other reviews mentioned, you simply can't getthrough to the restaurant. Fully expect to get the same awful customer service if and when I finally get through. Worth thedrive to go to a different location or just order from St Hubert - they have never messed up an order in years of ordering fromthere! Read more

Ordered the festive quarter chicken meals. I ordered around 3pm for pick-up at 5:25. The meals were cold, missing the chocolates... that were part of the meal and the sweet potato fries which are extra was half the quantity of the regular fries. Impossible tocall the restaurant to get any satisfaction as it goes to their fax machine. If you call and choose the option to amend anexisting order, it goes to someone not in the store and not able to deal with the issue. He did not satisfactorily resolveanything and then passed me back to the restaurant where it rang and rang until the fax picked up. Read more
