Went there first time after the reviews on Google. We tried butter chicken and tandoori bbq chicken. Both were very tasty and... had a true pakistani taste. Just a small suggestion, the prices don’t justify the quantity. Read more
Store seemed pretty dirty. As I picked up my food, I could see inside the kitchen and there was a pile of garbage on the floor.... I wish I captured a picture of this. Felt quite unsanitary. Also, I ordered Beef Madras - the flavor wasn't there at all. It wasbland. Only positive was that the meat we tender but that's it. Wasn't very good at all. The biryani had this weird, slightly soapy flavour and just generally tasted bad, we couldn't even eat... it. I generally like coriander/cilantro also so I know that flavour wasn't because of that. The butter chicken (which I didorder in mild to be fair) was also very bland and had little to no flavour, didn't taste good. The samosas were extremely salty,the naan was a bit salty as well. I got excited because this place had a high rating even with so many reviews, but anotherreview speculated that most of them were fake and I have to agree. This place was empty most of the day and they definitely werenot busy when we ordered, yet our food was still this bad. It's also very expensive...will not come back. Read more
We ordered chicken karahi, chicken tikka and chicken tikka biryani. The food was delicious, probably the best karahi and biryani... in Ottawa. It was Karachi-style authentic biryani. Loved it. I’ll recommend this place to everyone. Read more
