These guys need to learn some customer service skills. I ordered my meals and paid. Once I?d received all my food I realized... there was no milkshake that I?d ordered. I said I ordered a shake to the lady (manager). She asked the young guy who served usand he said I didn?t order it and he continued to tell me I never! I said I just want a shake. I was so angry he was calling mea liar. It?s just a milkshake but an apology instead if calling me a liar would have been nice. I also said to the manager howbad the customer service was and she just ignored me! Read more
You get a feel for the place just watching the employees interact... Or not interact, the owner? Or manager that was there... seemed to order the employees around. They didn't seem to enjoy their jobs or be having any fun working there.. They all seemedsad... The food was fresh though and hot. So if I was the manager, I works find a way to show the employees a way to have funwhile working. I think it would go a long way in making this a more enjoyable experience. Read more
