I visited this location around two months ago on hot weather. I was melting and starving so I popped into here. Imagine their... air condition was not working, I asked the waitress if I can have a table in the patio but even he didn’t let me finished mysentence; “the patio is not available” although it was not busy at all and I saw the patio was empty???????? anyways thecustomer service was ridiculous! I have visited this restaurant many time and I always have a great experience here. Everyone is really friendly and sweet. I... especially love one of the servers named Olivia. I have had her take my orders over the phone and I’ve also had her as myserver and she is always great. She is very friendly and always makes great suggestions about the menu. Because… the parking situation left a bad taste in our mouth. Look they have dedicated parking spots outside the entrance up... top for managers and staff… patrons must go into the parkade which is confusing as _ _ _ _. Pay out of pocket by credit cardand get money back, okay thanks, but still terribly inconvenient and a nuisance. Staff, does not give a hoot… let us leavewhen they had us in the restaurant to go park in the underground… well we did not comeback to eat. They lost a sale, but theyachieved what was important to them… don’t park in the vacant spots up top as they are for managers and staff. Ridiculous,staff before patrons… great philosophy. Read more

I went on a Sunday about 5 or 6 months ago and the service was extremely slow. At the time there staffing issues everywhere due... to covid. Just came back from dinner again on a Sunday and the service was not good. No improvement. On the contrary, one of thepoorest experiences. It’s been too long not to get back to speed. Service was extremely slow. Waitress seemed new so I don’treally blame her. Wings came with no napkins. Then you have to wait another 15mins for waitress to return. Then next a drink wasmissing. Another 15 mins. You finish your drink, another 15 mins. Appetizer came like 25mins after mains. Just everything wasdone in 15 min intervals and each time something was missing. Two large parties came once we left not sure how they did withthose. We had to get up to get our bill otherwise it would’ve been another wait. If I return it will be another 6 months maybethey get things back in place again. Read more
