Never order from them, after 45 mins of my order was approved, when DoorDash send me a message that the driving is approaching... you in few mins, I received a message that the order was cancelled because some item were unavailable!!!!! Food is ok, because is a franchise and they have to maintain certain standards. O The Asian lady from cash was absolutely... horrible. She kept rolling her eyes to me and my mother in law that did not speak English. And her English was at botched as mymothers in law LOL. Extremely rude , very daring and when I asked for a substitution it was like I was not paying for it . Thislady is ridiculous and should be somewhere where she does not look so miserable. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish! Lol if you don?t believe me and have some free time, please go watch them.... They are the slowest and most rude customer service staff. Even trying to be pleasant seems to the staff only gets you moreattitude. But the standout was how much differently they would treat the customers that spoke Tagalog? After waiting for over 5minutes, I asked the customer service staff, Kate, and was told that they were really busy and had big orders ahead of me, andcontinued to list off what those orders consisted of (with even more attitude than she had before). Clean and neat! Nice location in North Vancouver! The quality of the service is not good! The person that served me was not... professional, there was no smile, no greetings, no even asking about what I want to add up to my meal for example (cheese withburger or not) and very un welcoming to the customers. I understand the bad situation that people might go through but me as acustomer always expect to be treated well. Food quality was not the best! I asked for to go order and the fries too dry andcold:( ????????-????????
