Absolutely loved the vegetarian ramen option here! So did my date! We go to many Ramen locations around the lower mainland and... Red Tori has taken the top spot. They did not have my favorite appetizer (Rice Bomb with Seaweed) but their Ramen and soy garlicchicken more than made up for that missing dish. Their new desest called Croiffle (butter croissant waffle) also was the charryon top. Service was polite and attentive. Compliments to the chef. Read more

In Edgemont Village today at Red Tori, and immensely enjoyed their signature Spicy Miso Ramen. Delicious and a more than... reasonable price. Will be ordering their equally delicious Korean Fried Chicken next week when family comes to visit, as theyhave never tried it before. Read more

First time trying this ramen in North Van. We usually go to downtown. Our server was kind and friendly. Got our orders ready and... served pretty quick. Prices seems fair and the restaurant is clean and has a nice interior design. I got the tamago signatureramen, and my husband got the spicy miso. Both taste pretty okay but I'm disappointed with the cha-su, it was lean and dry, nottender at all. I am unsure if they have an option with their chasu to go lean or fat but we we're not asked, just the level ofspicyness. Broth taste okay but can use a little bit more seasoning. Large portion of noodles. We also tried their originalsignature chicken which was juicy and good but compare to other korean fried chicken around Northshore, the serving is prettysmall. Read more
