Food was awful. So dry.
This place has traditional North American Chinese food from when Chinese food was economical and not as sophisticated as today.... We ordered the fish congee which had a healthy serving of basa fish. We also ordered a single order combo of sweet and sourchicken and fried shrimps which was large enough for 2 people. Food and service at Chilli Lee is excellent. Have been there many times eating in or take out - I had always assumed we lived... too far away for delivery (Deep Cove), but on this Friday night I had a craving, and didn't feel like driving to Lonsdale - so Itook a chance and inquired and so happy to discover that for only $6 delivery was possible. I'm sure it would have cost me morein gas to pick it up. Thank you Chilli Lee, for making this happen - really needed a break and this treat after a very busyweek! Family favourites include House Special Ginger Fried Beef, Mushu Chicken, House Special Chow Mein (Crispy), Cashew NutChicken. We tried the Orange Peel Chicken tonight and that was yummy too.
