Really good experience! Great service, yummy food and a very enjoyable atmosphere. I appreciated the subdued lighting inside so... it wasn't too bright and very cozy and comfortable. 4 went there to celebrate friend's birthday... The starter dish of calamari to share was delicious. My cowboy salad was good ,... not great, my fish tacos were nice. My wife had the beef dip which was far too salty. My daughter had a burger which hit thespot , she enjoyed it with the fries. Our friend had blackened chicken which he said was good too. To end I ordered the'carrot cake' and it was NOT great at all - some kind of modernized baked, dry version with a few blobs of 'ice cream' on top.Browns should really look into this - it is an awful recipe and sad to say replaces the delicious Key lime pie they used tomake. BUT to Browns credit they did bring my friend a FREE carrot cake. He made no comment as he struggled through it. Theservice was excellent , the waitresses and waiter friendly and attentive and the ambience was better than average....thestraight coffee at the end was good too, but the girls had coffee with alcohol and although quite strong they said it was good.Bill which my daughter paid with tip came to almost $ 200. 4 stars not quite earned - i would give 3.75 but no option for that.
