Dinner time at Kypriaki was a delight. The lights are dimmed, Greek music playing in the background, imitation grape vines... throughtout and LED lights hanging from them making the atmosphere in the restaurant very romantic. I've had two great experiences with Kypriaki on two great visits, so I'm going to recommend them non-stop. First, I ordered... takeout just before closing.. and then traffic made me late. However, with a quick call to say I was still on my way, they weresuper friendly, very helpful, and the food was brought to me very warm. Second time now was dining in, and that was alsoexcellent. The menu wasn't huge but each item is worked beautifully. We had a 2 person platter that filled us right up and haveus leftovers. I liked everything but the meat moussaka was exceptional. The cinnamon in there helped excel the flavour and allthe ingredients brought more to the dish. The only stumbling point could have been the pistachio ice cream. It was good, butthere was a strong rosewater taste to it. Now, if you're ready for that taste in there it can be quite nice - but we were notexpecting it, so it was a bit of a surprise.
