I downloaded the app and registered in order to access coupon discounts. The staff was not able to scan it. Something so... elemental and basic could not be done. I had to pay full price, even do I walked extra to a tim Hortons place? next time I?lljust go somewhere else. Read more

I have never walked into this branch in the evening and seen a selection of donuts except a few on display. When you ask them... if they can make you an order of 12 or 24 at 645pm; they tell you no this is all we have and we close at 9 pm and our ovens areswitched off. Is it the staff shutting things early down?? Is it policy?? I have never heard of that. This place is in myneighbourhood and I should post the video interaction with the staff who couldn?t even get a hold of the manager to ask him orher if they can switch on the ovens! The most chaotic Tim's I've seen in a loooonng time. There are two sides of the counter and they give the order to either side... of the counter at random and whisper your name. Been there 15+ times and it's been crazy at least 5 of the times. Read more
