I love the idea of doing my nails here and going for lunch at the same time. The massage and facials by Lauren and Julia were... amazing today. Ask for them. I wish they had a sauna. Please work on that. Every retreat needs a big sauna. Friendly and happypeople work here. We could all use more of that today. Enjoy being treated like the gorgeous awesome woman youare. This was my first visit to the retreat for the day and it was SO lovely. I started the day with a restorative yoga class that... felt like a big hug. I then had the most amazing lunch where I had the egg sandwich and parm fries. It's one of the best mealsI've had in a long time. I then went in the hot tub which I had to myself. I had a massge after spending a couple of hoursoutside reading surrounded by nature. What an incredible experience, I feel so lucky to have spent the whole fay there. Attended a wedding in the Garden House and stayed overnight in the guest house. The venue is beautiful and even though it was... quite hot on the day of the event, inside the building was air conditioned. The guest house room was a bit on the small sidewhen compared to a hotel, but it was comfortable, air conditioned and had all the amenities you could want. Read more
