This location definitely needs improvement. I always wait 15 minutes or more in the drive thru even if the line is fairly short.... My drinks have been made wrong multiple times (today both of my drinks were made hot instead of iced). And today I wanted toredeem stars (or points) at the window for a free drink and three staff had absolutely no idea how to redeem them properly.
