Always a nice experience when at Subway. Not too busy and amazing sandwich in quick time
This was a fairly nice Subway restaurant with a convenient location. The parking lot was incredibly busy, which forced drivers... to park their vehicles in inappropriate places around the building. There was a long line inside and a lot of the tables had notbeen cleaned from previous customers yet. The staff were friendly and professional, but the overall cleanliness of therestaurant could have been a bit better. Read more
Been here every time I visit Niagara on the Lake, and every time I get a good service. Always fresh and clean.
Possibly THE WORST Subway in the universe!!! So slow!!! C?mon?..it wasn?t busy and we waited 20 minutes while the employees took... their time making a sandwich!!! I will never go back. WORST EVER!! Read more

The staff need additional training - I was charged for items I did not buy nor want. They also seem unfamiliar with what meal... deals include and what they don't. Staff also need a math refresher. I am not joking when I say that it took them 5 minutes tocount out $1.90 in change. First, it was $1.50 (loonie + 2 quarters). Then it was $1.70 (loonie + 2 quarters + 4 nickels)after a discussion on how it should be $1.90, so they needed to give me another quarter, dime, and nickle. Then a discussion ontax. The item was $1.79 plus tax = $1.88 ($1.90 as pennies are not a thing anymore). Then a discussion on how to get from $1.70to $1.90. Eventually the correct amount was refunded.
