I order lunch from this location serval times . My friend gets the order .Every time the soup or chili is cold . If they would... stir the soup or chili with the ladlefrom the bottom up.the food would be hotter . Not just take from the top. He will never letme bring the food back to ask to be heated. The worst customer service . Sorry but I can understand that drive through might get busy some times. but today I did walk in... and stood at the counter to order some food and stood there like about 15 minutes and no one was ready to take the order theywere looking at me but was just serving people coming through the drive thru. No disrespect but I was looking drive thru monitorand 5 car placed order after I walked in still no one the cash counter to take my order . And most crazy part there was 5 peopleworking there 3 of them were dealing with drive thru 1 persona cleaning the vent on the ceiling and 1 person writ downsomething . The worst place ever . Worst. Service. Ever. We waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru. We got to the window, paid for our drinks and the staff at... the window walked away. We thought she was getting our drinks. I could see in the window that our drinks were on the counter. Wecalled for the staff, but they were more concerned about talking to each other than paying attention to the customers.
