Tried to use a coupon that was shown as valid in the Pizza Pizza mobile app. Worker was extremely rude and vague and did not... allow for the usage of the coupon. I would not be posting the review if I was simply told "sorry, we are not accepting thecoupon at our location" except I had to spend 5 minutes before he explicitly told me so. I was passing on through Newmarket and decided to stop to get some pizza. This wasn't no ordinary pizza pizza. The customer... service was unlike any I've experienced before. Very friendly staff, very energetic, and just generally awesome! Might takeanother 2 hour drive just get pizza from here again. It was awesome service! This location is absolutely awful, the food was old and cold , the operator or the attendant was terrible and rude, spoke to me... in a foreign language that I could not understand,He attempted to reheat my stale cold food that I had already chewed . I have to rate two stars due to the fact that there were definitely situations where I was content with my delivery. There was... one scandal I?ve been met with though. I delivered a pizza to my location as I have done many times before, but it took longerthan an hour for my pizza to arrive. Referring to your online site, 40 minutes or it?s free. But I have never bothered withthat, even if my delivery time was over the time threshold, I still payed for my pizza full price, no questions asked. Thissituation was different though, the delivery took so long it was bothering me. I called customer service regarding my issue, butthey wasted so much of my time it was ridiculous and they told me to ring them on 3 separate occasions until I received finallyreceived my food. As it couldn?t have gotten any worse, they told me I have ignored the various attempts of contact to my cellbut I have never received anything. I checked emails, recent phone calls, messages, but I received nothing. What a load of bs,pinning me as the victim. Nevertheless, I still payed for the pizza in respect for the driver.
