Last year placed an order on the app. They let me place an order despite the store being closed and I ended up being charged.... Despite being assured by Subway the issue would be solved I never got a resolution. The app is severely broken and at this pointthe frustration is enough that I recommend to never use it and go to any other sandwich chain. RE: Owner replied below butstill no offer of a resolution. Truly a very bad experience from Subway. Read more

This location is located inside Southlake hospital and during Covid-19 they will only serve hospital staff. How are visitors and... caregivers supposed to fuel up and assist to look after their loved ones without having to exit the property.
