Franchise owner is very nice. The issue I have is that I was treated very poorly in front of other customers and charged more... for the same item I had been buying for my kids for 2 years. The location will not accept any coupons ... I want to supportlocal, but the staff make it very hard to do so. There is another location same distance and they take coupons and have alwaysbeen great. They charge less for subs too. Once again the owner is nice but to charge more than another local location makes nosense, also when the issue of how I was treated was brought up I was not even provided a reply. It's unfortunate as I live inthis area and some places charge more money because of the area while other restaurants do not. This is a highly competitiveindustry and Subway franchises all charge different prices. After 2 years of supporting this location during the pandemic andpaying more than any other location I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Read more
If I can put a 0 I would, I was extremely disappointed. If you like to use multiple coupons at a time, don't come here because... they won't accept. And when I asked for a fountain cup to grab a drink that comes with my sandwich, she told me no and made mygrab 1 from a fridge. Would never come back to this location. Read more
