I work in the area and frequent this location. I have seen their customer service go down the dumbs over the last few weeks. The... daytime supervisor is rude and has no patience for customers or staff. They over charge for things you don't get and using theapp and points apparently doesn't get you free items anymore. She found a way to still charge me. Read more

Wendy's really struggled. Wait was long, orders came out wrong twice. BUT the staff was very nice and the fixed the issue and... was very appologetic. I felt bad for them, seemed they were understaffed and had some new people. Wendy's food is ok but nitgreat. I think I like the staff more than the food. Read more
