Baristas were very friendly, your standard Starbucks drinks and protocols.
Yesterday, Nov 5 had a really terrible experience at this location. The baristas forgot 2 of our drinks and we waited 30 mins... for them AFTER everyone after us had already gotten their drinks, this isn?t the first time that has happened. Next, one of thedrinks had no whipped cream but I saw the barista use whipped cream and then scoop it out after. When I asked her to remake thedrink, she refused and wouldn?t even make eye contact. She was a red hair lady. Very very disappointed with the service here. Read more
