This is the better quality McDonald's on young st in the area... That's not saying much. The owners or corporate needs to send... in secret diners to see whats actually going on in this restaurant. The night shift (teens) are out of control, the youngermanager can't control them. Screaming back and forth between groups of teens (non customers) and the friends on staff. The service was horrible. I had to take my food from behind the counter as dumb witted staff stared at me. Do they ever clean... the countertops? Ketchup splashed at the pop machine. Even more maddening?why are they?re still fruit flies in November? Onelanded on my daughter?s cheeseburger and another died inside the ketchup cup. This location has always been my last resort. I go here often. It is clean and they provide fast service. Because customers pour a lot of apple juice, sometimes there is an... apple smell. The only negative point is the toilet water! The water is always hot. Read more
Probably the worst mcdonalds I have ever visited. The drive through employees routinely give coffee cups full to the absolute... top with the cup covered in spilled coffee. The manager is not doing a good job. Read more
